I was happily finish my work out in gym, Body Vive class follow by weight training. Usually I not go steam room, but today I just felt I want. As I enter, I saw 3 guys already in sauna room, 1 of them is completely naked, -_-". I find myself a place and sit in lotus position, i.e. meditation position. Two guys pet pot pet pot talking donno pat about what, coz they talk in hokkien very fast and I can't understand, arr.....I dont bother much lah...so I shut my eyes and just sit there quitely.
Around 10 minutes later, that 2 guys walk out, so left me and a guy sit next to me. I saw him "parking" his junior, and I continue relaxing. He seems like "invite" lorr...I had a little hard on, so I try to relax and make Paul jr. go back to sleep. Few minutes later, I stand up and walking around. That guy also stand up, to my suprise, he wrap his arm across my chest from my back!! I was like dump stuck and donno what to do. Just now on the way from gym to my house, I played Faye Wong's song title The Wondering Red Dancing Shoes (流浪的紅舞鞋). This remind me of a fairy tale story title "The Red Shoes".by Hans Christian Andersen. The story goes like this

At I do my report in evening, my test engineer call me; customer wants to get some information from me regarding recent quality issue that I face recently. This time not the customer I mention in my previous blog, this 1 is from Germany.

Just about I'm thinking to keep a distant with my gym instructor, strange thing happen. Well I kinda fancy this gym class instructor (i think someone among us know who am I talking about), so in order to play safe so that nothing would happen, I've decided to keep a distant with him or at least not do something that will make him know me well or via versa.
But it doesn't turn out the way I want! Sigh.... He keep on shouting my name in his class, upon so many people; why he likes to shout out my name leii, like in yesterday Body Pump class, during half of the class, I go out to top up my water; just as I step in the studio, he say "come on Paul, I'll wait for you". On mic mind you!! I was so embarrassed!
And this morning, he talk to me in locker room just before RPM class. In topless! I was trying very hard to keep my eye sight above his neck area and not to stare at his chest! He ask which gym I joined before this 1, and bla bla bla and so on and so on.
In RPM class, I decided to take the bike close to the door, so that after the class, I can quickly leave and not to have eye contact with him. Just at the beginnig of the class, I keep on looking outside the window; he then say to me in mic "hey Paul, why you looking out there, come look at me in front here"....... I'm so malu lorr..... -_-". After the class finish, I quickly leave the RPM studio, again he call up my name in mic and flash a gazillion volt of smile at me and thanks for attending his class.........addooiiiiii........
After RPM class, I straight to locker room to change for his next Body Pump class. Naturally he'll need to change as well. He then had a small talk with me, asking about this new RPM and Body Pump release; again, he in topless, this time body covered with sweat!.....haiyohh....luckily my body in tired so no mood to think of something naughty.
No need to mention, in Body Pump class; my name come out few time.
After Body Pump class, I head to locker room and shower (and no he not joining me ok?!). After I came out from shower, bump with him again. This time I was just had towel wrap up my waist and we had a chat.

Usually after RPM, I'll sit at the abs cruncher and rest before I go for the next work out or shower, so to kill my time, I see his do his work out. I'm not sure he knows I'm staring at him or not.
You guys will propably ask him to approach him and introduce myself, nay....I won't do that. I want to keep it in a mysterious way. I donno his name, he donno my name. Sometime I find that being or keep mysterious is beautiful. And I do hope that he won't approach me and introduce himself. Coz I'm afraid once I get to know him, I'll lost interest. Let's keep it like this....

As normal first day at work, induction training inevitable, lotsa waiting time, wait time for personal from HR with different job fuction to give the new intake griefing on the company background, HR policy, benefit, medical, etc.
I was suprise that breakfast and lunch was provided by company lor...hahaha....save my 1 day meal money, that money saved will be donated to house of Burberry in near future...hahaha...do charity mah...then in return, i get a Burberry bag lor..hehehhe...
Only around 4pm I was send to my designated department. I will be in Manufacturing Engineering Department, then hor...I never expect I will be in what devision lor...guess what? You guys will never get to guess coz I also suprise....ready?? jeng jeng jeng....I'll be in Subject Matter Expert Support division. When my superior told me the full name of my division...I was like dump stuck? Expert?? wah lauuu....so geng arr?? I only expert in Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Prada those stuff leii.....
Anyway, my job will cover that I need to know up to date in circuit board assembly technologies, and to train up new engineers.....goshh....hmm...anyway..new engineers means fresh grad mah....fresh grad means high chances they are cute didi lor....muahahahhaha.....I'm going to trasform from the angel wears Prada into the devil wears Prada already...muahahahaha....

Since Monday I'll start to work at new company, so today I go to have my hair cut.
I'm very particular in salon that I'll go for me to have my hair cut, so I walk around Gurney Plaza and found 1 salon use Kerastase; so I think if Kerastase award the salon to carry their product, they must be very good, however.....really total dissapointment!
First, I have girl shampoo my hair....when I sit and the girl walk near to me....i was like...sigh....She ask me in hokkien (in my heart, I was arrr...), I said "err...English please". She then bla bla ask me how I want my hair to be stylied, then I told her.
After that as usual, I'll do my reading while she shampoo my hair, to my horror, she got the bubble into my ears, arrrr........I hate that!!! She then ask me how was it, I ask her to pun on more pressure. She really not good at shampoo and massage my scalp. The best I had was in usual salon I always go in Melaka, there is 1 shampoo boy, he got marvellous hands, the way he massage my scalp just like a massager! After around 10 mins, she got me to rinse my hair. To my horror again, she got the back my shirt wet! I start to get annoy at this point of time.
Then is time to cut my hair, she cut my hair while it still wet, which is I don't fancy very much; another horror incident happen again, she accidently pull my hair. This time I really show my angry face and ask her how long she been as hair stylist, she said 5 years; I just roll my eyes. I think she start to get afraid already coz I can feel her hand is trembling while holding and cut my hair. Usually while the stylist cut my hair, I'll just close my eyes or read magzine, but this time; the whole session my eyes watching every single stroke she made.

Why I said important leh....coz i'm apply job in a company....and I got it! Once one of my ex-colleague said that my ex-boss is my lucky charm or a person that will bring luck or help in my life in chinese is called 贵人。I donno the exact meaning in English lah..
The salary is pretty handsome...10% raise from current...yummy
But.......there is but..........the job responsibility is much tougher that my current and previous job...tough.....very tough.....
More responsibilities....I need to manage manufacturing proces of a product right from circuit board assembly until end product box build assembly. Not just that, I need to work extra long hour; means I'll have to sacrifice my gym class. You guys might think that I'll cut down my time spend in gym right? NO WAY....just less attend clas only....normal workout still go on! muahahhaha...but hor....I'll miss my favourite hot instructor lorr...sigh....
Think about the interview session, most of the technical question the interview ask me, my answer is "emm...I donno about that" or "my experience in that field is very minimum". The only experience I have is operation management, guess they think that's more important. The suprise not just that they hire me, but they give the salary that I requested! And they even want me to start on next Monday!!
So.....big challenge ahead for me. I'll do better than my best!

After my last post about my diet meal plan, I get lotsa feed back about it; and so I decided to change. Not much though
6.30am: protein shake 9.00am: beehon + 1 pieces of whole wheat bread and 2 eggs + coffee (increase carbo intake) 12.30pm: 2 portions of meat, vege and just 4-5 spoon scope of rice + fruit 4.45pm: 2 pieces of whole wheat bread (increase carbo intake) 6.30pm: protein shake (pre-work out) 9.30pm: protein shake (post-work out)
4.45pm carbo intake should be sufficient enough to supply energy for my cardio work out. Result? Alas! I can fully perform my cardio work out, be it RPM follow by Body Step or Body Step follow by Body Pump.
I also decide cancel my Body Combat session on Wednesday as too many people in the studio and also cancel my RPM class on friday, as Saturday I'm going to have 3 hours gym class back to back.
p/s. usually have chocolate cake on saturday...hehehe....
No no, I'm not going to give advice on diet eating plan; I'm seeking help instead.
Lately I'm tyring to cut down my carb intake, coz wanna loose some more weight mah... but hor....I feel I cannot perform in my cardio class lei, like RPM and Step; not say totally cannot have good performance lah, just that if having 2 classes back to back; bit difficult lor. So how ar? I know here got many expert, please help me on this.
Currently my carbo intake very minimum, below is my eating schedule.

Last weekend I went to state down under to meet up with my friend then we all go S'pore for shopping spree coz their brand new Orchard Road Ion already open. Especially the 2nd LV flagship boutique! It so gorgeous....sempat I cam whore hehehe....but hor...thought wanna go in shopping....mana tau...the queue is like 10m long!!!.....sien =.= ........ They also got another flagship boutique Prada lei!!!....but haven't open yet lor.....sien =.=
Last week I found a route that cut short the time travel from office to my gym, left office around 5.20pm and reach gym around 6.10; thus I decided to add on classes due to I got more time to rest before start gym work out,...hehhe....which means I'm going to have higher intensity work out schedule.
Monday 6.45 – 7.10pm: Running on treadmill 7.30-8.20pm: RPM 8.30 – 9.30pm: Body Step 9.30 – 10.30pm: Yoga (add on)
Tuesday 6.45 – 7.10pm: RPM (change from running on treadmill) 7.20-8.20pm: Body Pump
Wednesday 6.45 – 7.10pm: self weight training (change from running on treadmill) 7.30-8.20pm: RPM 8.30 – 9.20pm: Body Combat (add on, change from self weight training) 9.30 – 10.30 – Yoga (add on)

Some of you might aready know my birthday, and really thank you for all the wishes. So, how you guys celebrate your birthday usually? As for me, I never had a lavish birthday celebration. Oh...don't pity me.....Is I don't like to celebrate birthday, well apart due to the reason that I'll get 1 year older, especially this year... =.=
The main reason I don't like to celebrate birthday in a lavish manner is the fact that the day we were born, is also the day that our mother need to gone through a great pain and suffering! Especially for first born. How could one celebrate over another person suffer? Plus is our own mother that I'm talking about. I remember last time a monk once describe when a mother give birth, the process is like she is walk through hell gate one round, then come back.
I hope this post did give some wisdom and enlightenment to my friends, if you request a lavish birthday from your mother, think again. How about we celebrate our birthday in different way, we buy gift to our mother instead! And to thank her for deliver us to this world.
This morning while waiting for my car to be serviced, I walk to the nearest McD to have my breakfast. So happen I brought along my noteboo, then I online and play facebook. Out of sudden, he appear in front of me! I was shock! We had a chat, it has been around 1 year we not meet. Will this be a sign for good luck? I was waiting for an importnant event to happen, hopefully it will happen in this week.

Since today is replacement holiday for my company, so I went back to my hometown on last friday. So good to be on hometown and with family. What's I've been doing? I feel like I'm just eating all the time...haha...no gym, no exercise.....feel like fat already....sigh....miss my gym classes so much!

Upon reached home from gym and facial (yes today i have a facial session...blek!), I saw a durian Ah Pek hawker at downstairs of my apartment; suddenly I felt wanna eat durian, so I bought 1.
Ah Pek: Har, ailiulianbo? (want durian?) *this 1 i understand ok! Me: Jitliapguikor? (1 how much?) *simple 1 i still ok
he then saparate those pile of durians into 2 groups, apparently got 2 types of durian.
After 2 weeks on Lesmills 2009 Q2 launching in my gym, finally my body do really feel tired. The tracks is so hot...I really get addicted to it. I increase weight in BodyPump from 7.5kg each side of the bar to 10kg each side of the bar. I go down much lower in in lunges, knee up higher, more on nutcracker movement; ohhh.....love the Moonwalker II so much...can't get enough of it!
It's a tracks from hell, your mucles ask you to stop, but the music ask your mind to keep on do with higher intensity!
Thinking to skip tomorrow's morning RPM and BodyPump class, just join yoga......but, will I?? hahah...
曖昧, I tried to find 1 English equivalent word in website to describe but fail, all return “vague” as the meaning, but it does not describe the true meaning of 曖昧. The best description would be two people in love who do not admit their feelings for one another. Usually we get this feeling at the early stage of our relationship. Sometime it can be fun and full of excitement, but how long can we bear this feeling? Until at a certain point of time, we need confirmation. But who gonna make the first step? That’s a million dollar question indeed. If we making the first move, can we accept being rejected? Sometime we not sure is the feeling are mutual, or we just syok sendiri? As you guys know, Chinese in Penang usually speak in Hokkien; and I don't much much of it, just able to understand simple 1, if speak, worse.
It happen in my lunch hour at hawker centre near by my work place. My colleague and I went outside for lunch, and we were ask by 1 ah pek wanna order what for drink. My friend also donno Hokkien, wanna play save so he order barley ice, however, me being kekiang....
Ah Pek: Ai lim sia mik (what you wanna drink) Me: Wu sia mik zhui? (what sort of drinks you have?)
then this ah pek give me all sort of drinks that I can't understand even a word!
Still remember I consider to add yoga class in my gym schedule? Well, last Sunday I finally did it. The closest exercise I ever had that close to Yoga is Pilates, so I use some of the Pilates technique in it. In the class, I really suprise that I actually able to do those poses. I manage to find some images, see for yourself lah...not picture of me doing those Yoga pose lah.... =.=
There are some basic 1 and some difficult. the weird thing I find in Yoga pose is the name given. Like pigeon lah, eagle lah...I cannot see lor...But not all got animal name de lah....or maybe got but I just donno only.

First I can see that he wanted to take the treadmill next to mine, but got cilaka punya gym member took it first! Curse him! He took the other treadmill next around 5-6 apart from mine. On and off I turn to side to have a glance at him....hehhe...and I think he did the same! or I just perasan only =.=

As usual on Saturday afternoon, I'll have my lunch in Gurney Plaza before my gym session start; this time I decided to have a bite at Breeks cafe. After pay the bill the waiter hand me sort of voucher worth RM10 for next visit to Breeks Cafe and Seoul Garden. Wanna see how the voucher looks like? See for yourself lah

ohh....interesting scene in Breeks I saw. 2 guys and 1 girl having lunch, saw 1 guy spood feed the other guy......awww.....so sweet.....hahaha..........Certainly brighten up my day and hope good performance later in gym for Lesmills 2009 Q2 launching.

Well everybody knows that today is Father's day (or is it? haha...) I remember there is one chinese song about father from a movie Papa, Can you Hear Me Sing the chinese title is 搭错车.
