This time not a major problem. Just a funny encounter about my life in Penang, particularly in language.
Upon reached home from gym and facial (yes today i have a facial session...blek!), I saw a durian Ah Pek hawker at downstairs of my apartment; suddenly I felt wanna eat durian, so I bought 1.
Ah Pek: Har, ai liulian bo? (want durian?) *this 1 i understand ok!
Me: Jit liap gui kor? (1 how much?) *simple 1 i still ok
he then saparate those pile of durians into 2 groups, apparently got 2 types of durian.
Ah Pek: blah, blah, blah, blah, jap kor (RM10), blah blah blah blah puet kor (RM8).
At this point of time I lost liao, but still manage to get the RM10 and RM8 thing.
Me: err.......*while pointing to the RM10*, hor wa jit liap (gimme 1)
Ah Pek: blah blah blah blah....blah blah blah blah....blah blah blah blah....
Me: Pek kui hor wa (open it up for me)
Ah Pek: blah blah blah blah blah...blah blah blah....
then I hand him money
Ah Pek: kam siah (thank you).
I know that he is explaining to me why 1 group is more expensive compare to other one, but I don't care; I just want to have my durian.
p/s I donno how to open up a durian, that's why I ask him to open up for me...hehe...

I LOVE DURIANSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! But I cannot stand its smell inside the elevator or someone else's mouth. @#$%!!!
