Higher Intensity

Last week I found a route that cut short the time travel from office to my gym, left office around 5.20pm and reach gym around 6.10; thus I decided to add on classes due to I got more time to rest before start gym work out,...hehhe....which means I'm going to have higher intensity work out schedule.

Monday
6.45 – 7.10pm: Running on treadmill
7.30-8.20pm: RPM
8.30 – 9.30pm: Body Step
9.30 – 10.30pm: Yoga (add on)

Tuesday
6.45 – 7.10pm: RPM (change from running on treadmill)
7.20-8.20pm: Body Pump

Wednesday
6.45 – 7.10pm: self weight training (change from running on treadmill)
7.30-8.20pm: RPM
8.30 – 9.20pm: Body Combat (add on, change from self weight training)
9.30 – 10.30 – Yoga (add on)

Thursday
6.45 – 7.10pm: Running on treadmill
7.20-8.20pm: Body Step
8.30 – 9.30pm: Body Pump

Friday
7.00 – 8.15pm: Self Weight Training
8.30-9.20pm: RPM

Saturday
3.00 – 3.50pm: Body Combat
4.00 - 4.50pm: Body Step
5.00 – 6.00pm: Body Pump

Sunday
10.00 – 10.50am: RPM
11.00 – 11.50am: Body Pump
12.00 – 1.00pm: Yoga (add on)

Anybody wanna follow my gym schedule?? Crazy hor? hehhee...

Harr... You go to the gym EVERYDAY?!!! and spend 3-4 hours there!! *faints*

I think I can only last 30 mins in the gym. Hahahha.
