Launching Even Presenter

This time I really really feel lucky and honour!!! Last Thursday after I had my team tech session in Fitness First, my mentor ask me to do launching together with him and with another instructor, I’ll presenting T4 and T5 (mix terrain and interval training). I was shock and feel excited about lor!!! considering that I’m still a freshie and new instructor, I had my training module back in November then; it just merely 3 months and I was given a chance to do launching event.

My track 4 was a bit shaky when start, but when comes to T5, I manage to bring up can carry the whole class, the atmosphere is very awesome and member did enjoy it, judging by they really shout and scream on every single round of intensity. I guess I manage to overcome my weakness i.e. my voice control and facial expression.

As a instructor, the biggest satisfaction I have is when see members are breathless after each track; coz it means I manage to motivate and push them which is a key element.

I’m looking forward my next session in Fitness First! Hopefully do more tracks!
