Last Friday I dare myself to conduct RPM challenge class. Normal RPM class last for 45 minutes for 9 tracks with 6 working tracks, minus warm up, cool down and stretching track. RPM challenge class comprise of 12 tracks with 9 working tracks and last for 60 minutes! >.<

Beside replacing my sifu class in CF, the GXM also told me he will give me a slot, which is unknown yet.

Hope I can arrange slot schedule to cater all 3 gyms.

RPM Weekend

My progress as RPM instructor been progress with a good pace. I was ask to present tracks in FF Penang launching, I'm going to present T6, speed works, T7 mountain climb, T8 ride home/cool down and finally T9, stretching. Last release I was presenting T4 and T5, thus I'm happy about my progress!

On the other hand, Sunday I'm going to have 3 RPM classes to conduct!! Yaiks!! >.< More happy news, I'm going to have my own class both in CF and FF!! I already got confirmation about my class from FF, which is Sat 1pm class starting Jul; however CF not yet confirm.

On top of that, Queensbay mall going to open a gym and I get phone call from PIC from the gym to ask me to conduct class there! And will be on daily basis, except the day when I'm in CF or FF, they even ask me can do 2 classes back to back or not!!

Launching Even Presenter

This time I really really feel lucky and honour!!! Last Thursday after I had my team tech session in Fitness First, my mentor ask me to do launching together with him and with another instructor, I’ll presenting T4 and T5 (mix terrain and interval training).
