Just now I put a shout out in my Facebook, it sound like this
"kena paksa to increase to 10kg of each side of the bar by instructor in chest track during Body Pump class...now feel damn sore and tight!" (i think some of you guys know which instructor I mention about :-p)
I get various reaction from my friends, here i just copy and paste some of the comment

The More You Resist, the More It Persist
Just about I'm thinking to keep a distant with my gym instructor, strange thing happen. Well I kinda fancy this gym class instructor (i think someone among us know who am I talking about), so in order to play safe so that nothing would happen, I've decided to keep a distant with him or at least not do something that will make him know me well or via versa.
But it doesn't turn out the way I want! Sigh.... He keep on shouting my name in his class, upon so many people; why he likes to shout out my name leii, like in yesterday Body Pump class, during half of the class, I go out to top up my water; just as I step in the studio, he say "come on Paul, I'll wait for you". On mic mind you!! I was so embarrassed!
And this morning, he talk to me in locker room just before RPM class. In topless! I was trying very hard to keep my eye sight above his neck area and not to stare at his chest! He ask which gym I joined before this 1, and bla bla bla and so on and so on.
In RPM class, I decided to take the bike close to the door, so that after the class, I can quickly leave and not to have eye contact with him. Just at the beginnig of the class, I keep on looking outside the window; he then say to me in mic "hey Paul, why you looking out there, come look at me in front here"....... I'm so malu lorr..... -_-". After the class finish, I quickly leave the RPM studio, again he call up my name in mic and flash a gazillion volt of smile at me and thanks for attending his class.........addooiiiiii........
After RPM class, I straight to locker room to change for his next Body Pump class. Naturally he'll need to change as well. He then had a small talk with me, asking about this new RPM and Body Pump release; again, he in topless, this time body covered with sweat!.....haiyohh....luckily my body in tired so no mood to think of something naughty.
No need to mention, in Body Pump class; my name come out few time.
After Body Pump class, I head to locker room and shower (and no he not joining me ok?!). After I came out from shower, bump with him again. This time I was just had towel wrap up my waist and we had a chat.
Instructor: So you hometown in Johor?
(I told him I'm from Johor in early morning before RPM class)
Me: Nope, from Melaka.
Instructor: ohh....so you work here.
Me: Yup.
Instructor: What's you work?
Me: Engineer
Instructor: ohh really, I just graduated from engineering
Me: oh ic
Instructor: how old are you
Me: i'm XX
Instructor: O_O.....you are XX years old?? I thought you are 25 or 26
Me: ( feel happy happy joy joy in heart)...hahaha...no lah....(and flash a big grin)
Instructor: I'm 22
Me: ohh (sweet lord!....he just 22!)
Instructor: so you coming to my combat class at 5?
Me: emm....don't think so...just rest for the rest of afternoon...
Instructor: hahaa...ok then...see you tomorrow! bye
Me: Bye!
Sigh......what should I do lehh? just keep thing go naturally or try not to get close with him?

Guy in Gym
First at work, now at gym pulakk....what happen to me??? issshh.....
Long time ago I post a blog about a guy throw a smile at me. And so on and off if our eye meets we'll smile or nod our head to each other, as a curtesy lah kan....but horr....lately this guy is getting naughty lorr....not just smile, he raise his eyebrow lei! sometime 1 side, sometime both; and with a naughty grin lagi!!! you know...those like send signal "if you want me, come and claim me!" sort of thing. isshhh...
Usually after RPM, I'll sit at the abs cruncher and rest before I go for the next work out or shower, so to kill my time, I see his do his work out. I'm not sure he knows I'm staring at him or not.
You guys will propably ask him to approach him and introduce myself, nay....I won't do that. I want to keep it in a mysterious way. I donno his name, he donno my name. Sometime I find that being or keep mysterious is beautiful. And I do hope that he won't approach me and introduce himself. Coz I'm afraid once I get to know him, I'll lost interest. Let's keep it like this....

Cute Guy at Work II
Still remember the cute IT guy at my work place that I blog about? Today something happen between us that really suprise me.
He still got 1 action item that haven't close for the task that I requested, I bump with him in production floor and ask him about the status.............to my suprise.........he hold my hand, not just hold but play with my finger while in very manja-manja way say "haven't worrr...still need buyer to bring in the parts...haiizzzz.." while his other hand stroke my arm up and down few times!!!!
That time my suprise level reach the highest level! and we are actually in public as in production floor many people there, operators, technicians and fellow engineers. This is the first time in my entire gay life got guy do this to me in public!!!
And how could you get angry with guy so cute like him leii?? Then I just let him go lorr.....arrr....I wish so badly that I wanna grab his head and give him a damn good french kiss!!!

I'm not sure if someone blog about this or not. I accidently came across this MV when watching 康熙来了 as during this show, the host introduce an artist named 張智成. I'm sure those who listen to chinese song will know this artist.

First Hunk Crush
In my last session of RPM class, the instructor play "Myserious Girl" by Peter Andre from RPM 25 track list. This bring up my memory, as Peter Andre was my first celebrity hunk that I had crush. hehhehe........ He got damn sexy and delicious body, just look the picture below. Anybody there remember him?

Cute Guy at Work
I'm sure this will happen to anyone of us especially when were in the new working environment. hehehehe.....
As usual on the first day at work, after the brief orientation session from HR, then my boss will come to call me up to my office. We then sattle few thing and tell me this ad that, next he brought me to IT department to get my PC and phone line done. Upon reach IT department, then I reach this IT guy; OMG...he is damn fucking cute!...his smile so lovely....I cant help myself not to stare at him, I then have a peek at his desktop wallpaper; I saw a picture of a girl...sien...=.="
Next day, I follow up with him on the status of my PC, he commit to my the next day he will get it done; but the he cannot delivered. So he make this muka kesian and damn cute face to me....my heart melt...how to sampai hati to get angry leii....but the next day again....I got my PC
I more action item for him to sattle, my telephone line. Until today he have close this job task yet. This morning I bump with him in the lift, he said hi to me; and I ask him abt my phone line. He cover his face with his hands like very paiseh and as he enter the lift he play peekaboo with me lor...ishh...so cute!
hmm...donno how long I'll have interest with this IT guy, I hardly can have a long interest with a guy...emm...that would be in other blog..
p/s so many cute didi in my office.......yummy....
