First Project

As I mention in my previous about my job responsibility, I’m going to have more task compare to previous.

Last week, I got my first task. I need to come out a manufacturing layout that able to take customer order that will generate monthly revenue up to USD 4.2million. After global economy has been recovered, electronics business demand roar! the demand more than supply! Everywhere is expanding, expect manpower supply. I’m now struggling to have 3 technicians.

Last week I presented my design to my business unit manager, global business unit director and customer. They are quite impressive and happy with my design. My design does not need expansion in current floor, must changes in assembly station!

Current forecast from customer shows that the highest demand will generate revenue up to USD6.3million, and I’m ready for that!

Bigger Responsibility

If company send you to oversea for training, the expectation upon returning back will be having bigger responsibility and role to play. Today my business unit personal just announce to the world that I’ll be the lead manufacturing engineer for US designed product business segment. Haiizz….not mention never mind, after mention, suddenly I feel burden on my shoulder. I’ll need to do manufacturing price quotation, answer to customer feedback, designing packaging, etc….haizz..

Sometime I just wish I’m a small dot in a company organization. Big title not necessary a good thing.

When think about my work load, I wish I have a shoulder to lie on, ears to listen to my complain about my work stuff, a body to hug or someone hug me.

Story of 4 People

There was an important job need to be done and Everybody was asked to do it.
Everybody was sure Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realised that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when actually Nobody asked Anybody.

Hello from California!

Haarrrlloooooooooooooo....you all got miss me mou?? hehee... miss you guys so much lorr....3 days not read you all de blog....jet lag...haihzz....

Fly from Penang to KL, KL to Hong Kong the from Hong Kong to San Francisco, then drive to Mointain View, California. Damn tired.

Flight from KL to Hong Kong quite nice, why? coz got cute steward!!...hehehe..and of couse I send a gazillion volt smile to him, plus; bonus voltage with raise 1 side of eye brow, hehehee...
But then again, flight Hong Kong to San Francisco, no cute steward lor....sien...

But then, there are damn lotsa cute, young, ripe airport officer in Hong Kong International Airport!!! Not like ours pun, all lau kok kok 1.....So, really an eye treat for me! Really, really hard to keep my eyes off them!....upon arrival at HK custom, I acted accidently brush 1 of the cute officer butt, firm, very very firm! Due to that, I kena balasan...haizz...before boarding to San Francisco, whole body check is compulsory. I kena raba habis-habisan!!, hand, arm, butt, chest, leg, tight...and when the officer hand run through my tight, slighly touch Paul Jr!!! .... I kena molest lor... >.<

Once reach SFO airport, well, not as troublesome as I imagine the procedure going to be. Just normal question asked. That's all. Then I took a rented car and drive to my hotel. I drive Nissan Altima Hybrid!...damn cool and quiet, can't hear the engine sound at all!! and driving at the other side of the road really exciting lor. and people here drive really polite, I made many turns that if it were in Malaysia, I already kena horn kau-kau!
Second day, went to office; customer site. Then later took photo. This time no sexy wear, no revealing clothes, no Tyra Bank's "smile with eyes" kinda pictures. Just normal "rakyat jelata" photo. hehee...temperature outside 12 degree C, if wear those "normal" shirt that I normally wear, I'll freeze to death!

Ok lah, that's all for now from me. Local time already 10.45pm, 14th Jan. Wish my luck in "hunting" lah arr....alone in my room, sienz...

On Applying US Visa

Yesterday I took flight to KL from Penang to attend US visa application interview. Once reach KLIA, I took KLIA Express to KL Sentral then to Tune Hotel. I rush to Mid Valley to meet up with my friend in MPH. While waiting for my friend to make payment for the book that he purchase, we saw, I think is gay couple; touching hand and rubbing each other shoulder while waiting in queue line. Coinciedently, Simon blog about Gay Couple Holding Hand in Public. After that we headed for movie, then I back to hotel (not able to get any guy to sleep with me....sien.... -_-")


Then the day arrive. The moment I wake up, before I put on my make up; I say a little prayer for myself. While combing my hair now, and put on my shirt; I say a little prayer for myself.
hehehe...sound familiar kan? hehe...have to be drama a bit lah....musical some more! I then took cab to US Embassy, cost me RM20!...no meter some more...what to do..begger must not be a choose.


Upon arrival, I saw 1 lady; I'm the 2nd person...phew...
After do the necessary registration and security checking..I wait in the waiting hall, the air-con damn cold; and I got many butterflies fly in my stomach.
After my number was called, hand in my passport, application form; then wait again to hand print biometric scanning. The interview moment finally came.


Interviewer: Which company you are working now?
Me: XXX Dance Club.
Interviewer: And what you doing there?
Me: Strip tease dancer and pole dancer




Interviewer: Ohh...ic..how long you been joining this company?
Me: August 2009.
Interviewer: Can I see your pay slip?
Me: Here you go. (hand him a copy of my pay slip)?
Interviewer: What's your previous company?
Me: YYY Dance club
Interviewer: Why you left last company and join this one?
Me: Coz I got better offer.
Interviewer: First time go US?
Me: Yes.
Interviewer: What you doing in US for this trip?
Me: for training.
Interviewer: What sort of training?
Me: Strip dance and pole training. There is new move, so my company send me there for training.
Interviewer: Alright, here you go, your passport collection slip. You can collect your passport tomorrow
Me: Do you need my company letter and US site invitation letter?
Interviewer: Nope.
Me: Ok thanks! (flash him a gazillion volt smile and wink at him)
Interviewer: You are welcome (wink back to me)

Hahahahaha...you guys really think that's the interview meh? siao!....I wonder what will be there interviewer reaction if I answer like that....... O_O

Above conversation, the questions asked by the interviewer is the actual question, but my answers are fictional.

1 Gazillion Volt Smile and Look

Another intersting even happen in my work place

At I do my report in evening, my test engineer call me; customer wants to get some information from me regarding recent quality issue that I face recently. This time not the customer I mention in my previous blog, this 1 is from Germany.

In my heart, I was praying "ohh...please be the cute young one".

As I walk down the production floor, from afar I saw him. Yeah! is him, the cute one!

This is the first time I introduce to this customer, when I met with him, I flash my 1 gazillion volt smile and look, directly pierce into his crystal blue eyes. And I can see he bit blush and smile with me back, flashing his pearl white teeth.

Me: So what's up? How can I help you?
Him: emmm....errr....err....ohh...I forgot what I want to ask...hehehe...wait, let me see my note.
Me: Ohh...take your time (send another gazillion volt smile)

Then we continue with our discussion.

After this event, I can't believe myself that I have that capability to make people blush and forget what they about to ask..heheh....

So who wanna feel my 1 gazillion vote smile and look?

I can't believe it happen to me...I was molested!... >.<
But a minor 1 lah...hehehehe..by who leh? if my a handsome guy..i dont mind lorr...but by a woman....my company Global Business Unit Manager, from US...haih.....she is not angmoh..but Asian..How it happen leh..

We bump in a walk way (yes! in walk way!), and she ask me update on document that I need to send to customer

She: So who is suppose to send the document?
Me: Is me, I'll send it later
She: Ohh so is you (while her right hand rest on my left chest for 3 second then slide down)

She then asking me on other update.

She: Ohh..and have you send the drawing to customer and ask him his feedback?
Me: Em...I just complete the drawing and will send to customer.
She: Remember to include us and customer side boss, coz this customer very forgetful (while her hand touching my forearm)

haihh.....I admit that today I wear a bit slutty lah....I wear wide open low V-neck shirt to work...but not for her 1 lehh...

Hot Customer

Lately I've been working together with 1 customer from US....he is damn hottttttttt!!!!...I almost stunted when I first time met him. You know how he looks like?? You guys watch Queer As Folks? Those who watched must know Ben, Michael's lover start from season 2. His name is Robert Gant. Those who not watch...not my problem...muahahaha.....

How to work together with his type of guy when your mind keep on rip off his clothes? You tell me lah....

We need to dismantled a tester, and it's not easy to do so. Since he is tall, so he did the top part, and I squat down to dismantle part of the tester. Imagine this position, my face near to his crouch!.......oh my god!! I'm thinking..this is so salah! I really have a hard to time to concentrate on my job, coz Paul junior wants to wake up! and I've been trying so hard to make him sleep.

Another motivation factor to go work! My office very happening lehh...don't jealous horr...

Cute Guy at Work II

Still remember the cute IT guy at my work place that I blog about? Today something happen between us that really suprise me.

He still got 1 action item that haven't close for the task that I requested, I bump with him in production floor and ask him about the status.............to my suprise.........he hold my hand, not just hold but play with my finger while in very manja-manja way say "haven't worrr...still need buyer to bring in the parts...haiizzzz.." while his other hand stroke my arm up and down few times!!!!

That time my suprise level reach the highest level! and we are actually in public as in production floor many people there, operators, technicians and fellow engineers. This is the first time in my entire gay life got guy do this to me in public!!!

And how could you get angry with guy so cute like him leii?? Then I just let him go lorr.....arrr....I wish so badly that I wanna grab his head and give him a damn good french kiss!!!

Cute Guy at Work

I'm sure this will happen to anyone of us especially when were in the new working environment. hehehehe.....

As usual on the first day at work, after the brief orientation session from HR, then my boss will come to call me up to my office. We then sattle few thing and tell me this ad that, next he brought me to IT department to get my PC and phone line done. Upon reach IT department, then I reach this IT guy; OMG...he is damn fucking cute!...his smile so lovely....I cant help myself not to stare at him, I then have a peek at his desktop wallpaper; I saw a picture of a girl...sien...=.="

Next day, I follow up with him on the status of my PC, he commit to my the next day he will get it done; but the he cannot delivered. So he make this muka kesian and damn cute face to me....my heart melt...how to sampai hati to get angry leii....but the next day again....I got my PC

I more action item for him to sattle, my telephone line. Until today he have close this job task yet. This morning I bump with him in the lift, he said hi to me; and I ask him abt my phone line. He cover his face with his hands like very paiseh and as he enter the lift he play peekaboo with me lor...ishh...so cute!

hmm...donno how long I'll have interest with this IT guy, I hardly can have a long interest with a guy...emm...that would be in other blog..

p/s so many cute didi in my office.......yummy....

First Day at Work

As in the last post I wrote that I wish I can wear so high fashion to work....well...I got something fashion.............fashionably LATE!!!....I was stuck in a trafic jam for 1 hour due to the stupid turn over garbarge truck!.....luckily my lateness just cost me miss the morning breakfast session...phew....

As normal first day at work, induction training inevitable, lotsa waiting time, wait time for personal from HR with different job fuction to give the new intake griefing on the company background, HR policy, benefit, medical, etc.

I was suprise that breakfast and lunch was provided by company lor...hahaha....save my 1 day meal money, that money saved will be donated to house of Burberry in near future...hahaha...do charity mah...then in return, i get a Burberry bag lor..hehehhe...

Only around 4pm I was send to my designated department. I will be in Manufacturing Engineering Department, then hor...I never expect I will be in what devision lor...guess what? You guys will never get to guess coz I also suprise....ready?? jeng jeng jeng....I'll be in Subject Matter Expert Support division. When my superior told me the full name of my division...I was like dump stuck? Expert?? wah lauuu....so geng arr?? I only expert in Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Prada those stuff leii.....

Anyway, my job will cover that I need to know up to date in circuit board assembly technologies, and to train up new engineers.....goshh....hmm...anyway..new engineers means fresh grad mah....fresh grad means high chances they are cute didi lor....muahahahhaha.....I'm going to trasform from the angel wears Prada into the devil wears Prada already...muahahahaha....

ok lah..that's all for my first day at work.

Hahahhahaha....crazy horr...donno what kinda engineer would wear that to work??....and if only I have those.....no harm to imagine mah horr....and if I really wore that to work on the first day, I think I'll never get any increment lor...

Why I said important leh....coz i'm apply job in a company....and I got it!
Once one of my ex-colleague said that my ex-boss is my lucky charm or a person that will bring luck or help in my life in chinese is called 贵人。I donno the exact meaning in English lah..

The salary is pretty handsome...10% raise from current...yummy

But.......there is but..........the job responsibility is much tougher that my current and previous job...tough.....very tough.....

More responsibilities....I need to manage manufacturing proces of a product right from circuit board assembly until end product box build assembly. Not just that, I need to work extra long hour; means I'll have to sacrifice my gym class. You guys might think that I'll cut down my time spend in gym right? NO WAY....just less attend clas only....normal workout still go on! muahahhaha...but hor....I'll miss my favourite hot instructor lorr...sigh....

Think about the interview session, most of the technical question the interview ask me, my answer is "emm...I donno about that" or "my experience in that field is very minimum". The only experience I have is operation management, guess they think that's more important. The suprise not just that they hire me, but they give the salary that I requested! And they even want me to start on next Monday!!

So.....big challenge ahead for me. I'll do better than my best!

Finally in Penang III - First Day at Work

Finally (donno how many time finally liao) the day come! First day at new company.

How do you guys felt on your first day work at new company? feel easy going? pressure? boring? ar all of it? As for me, i got all sort of feeling. First I was left alone in a training to fill up all sort of forms. Then take photo for my employee ID card. Then I was give a some sort of slipper to wear within company premises except canteen. The slipper so ugly, hardly match with my pants and clothes lor......haizz......but then...this will make me have a second thought to own a Prada shoes, coz cannot parade around office pun.....

Then I was brought to meet with my superior and colleagues. The organization chart of my department very weird, we have got 1 senior manager, 1 manager and including myself 4 engineers. The other 3 engineers report to manager, only me report to senior manager, donno why. The I was given a briefing about my job scope and about my department, detail will be after lunch.

After lunch I had meeting with my superior, the senior manager. Just 1st day at work I already pre-assign 2 projects for me to handle.....some more not small 1, involve the whole production operation......hayohh......I guess that time my blood pressure shoot up lorr, as a Lady Gaga fans, of course I maintain my poker face lah kan?.......I was from circuit board assembly background, now in semiconductor industry; haven't adapt the environment already got 2 projects.....I kinda worry about it coz I tend to give myself pressure.

Today back on time at 5.15pm......hahaha.......quicky rush to gym for Spinning and Body Combat class. Oh I so need Body Combat class.......release some tention!

Penang 2nd Trip

I got call to attend for 2nd interview............yeah!

Actually I got 2 interviews to attend. The first session was dreadful and I hate it! Regret that i went to that interview.

The interviewer not professional at all, is the company Snr VP mind you! First I was interviewed by I think HR personnel, he then suddenly came into the meeting room, without introduce himself, just take my CV have a look than ask me bunch a question.

To my suprise, he light up a cigaratte in an air-condition room! Not just 1 suprise, I had another suprises, he then ask me "Do you know who is Juran?, do you know who is Edward Demming? and the book they write" Of course I know them, whoever in manufacturing engineering field knows them, but why does he ask me those question? He even ask me to elaborate the books that they write. If he wants to hired person know can answer those question, might as well hired newly graduate university student instead of experience engineers! He also used a lot of "F" word during the interview, in front of the other person who interview me, "those 2 fuckers write a very important book about quality engineering and fucking six Sigma methodology". At that particular moment, I was thinking there is no way I'm going to work with you.

The worse part and the biggest suprise he ask me "are you normal? do you like girls? do you have girlfriend". Hellooooo.......my sexuality is non of you business. And I tell a lie, I deny the facts...........sigh......SCREW that company and that fucking VP!!

After that, I got another interview appointment with another company at 3.30. Is a second interview, a company I attended before. I have to calm myself, how? I got to find my rehab, best location, Queensbay Mall of course! Once I step in, I felt half calm already. Had my lunch at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, then straight to my detox chamber. Luckily they have Raoul here! hahaha............Enter there.......tried few shirt, thinking to buy 1 shirt for the 2nd interview, coz I feel myself dirty from previous interview!.....yucks!....but then......at the end, i'm not shop anything, (hey! i do learn something from The Confession of a Shopaholic okay!), so faster congratulate me! So after try on few Raoul shirts I felt purify and serene all over again, ahhh....... So to the salesman, don't fret; if I get hired, i'll buy shirt from you coz you help me to calm myself......muahahah...........

The 2nd interview went smoothly, the hiring manager said I got good chance and wait for around 1 week for them to call me. So guys, wish me luck!

oh by the way, I'm going to get diabeatis, coz there are soooooooo many eye candy in Bayan Lepas International Airport!.....muahahaha....

I Want it, I Want it!!!

Today I attended another interview. This time was at my own hometown, Malacca. This is the first time I was interviewed by a person with pretty high rank in a company organization chart, the Managing Director, angmoh some more!

I was kinda nervous coz this is the first time I was interviewed by a company MD, don’t know what sort of question he will ask. When we met, I was thinking; not bad, kinda good looking…hehehe…..so my heart beat slow down a lot, I’m good at handling gorgeous guy.

Then he asked about my experience, it’s pretty different from other job interview, coz he never ask question like “tell me about yourself kinda thing” straight away ask about my experience. So I start to tell him my experience. He then show me the whole plant layout that gonna be, quite impressive. He then ask me to further elaborate my project, luckily I brought my project paper works, thus easy for me to explain and elaborate; he kinda very impressive with my project.
After hearing me bla bla bla about my project, he then told me what will be job task to be if I were hired. First I will be send to Philippine for 2-3 months to get used to the operation, then I’ll be incharge of the whole factory plant set up!

I was like “wow! This is super delicious job task!” although I handle such project before, but that involving operation transfer from 1 state to another. This 1 is set up a brand new operation plant!! I’ll be among the pioneer in this company! Is a job to die for! It going to be heavy task, but I like it!

So guys, wish me luck, pray for me!

Last Friday was my last working day in my company. Being there for 5 years and I’m leaving with many sweet memories. When I was writing my farewell note to my fellow colleague, I was listening to this song title “Proud of You”.
