No no, I'm not going to give advice on diet eating plan; I'm seeking help instead.
Lately I'm tyring to cut down my carb intake, coz wanna loose some more weight mah...
but hor....I feel I cannot perform in my cardio class lei, like RPM and Step; not say totally cannot have good performance lah, just that if having 2 classes back to back; bit difficult lor. So how ar? I know here got many expert, please help me on this.
Currently my carbo intake very minimum, below is my eating schedule.
6.30am: protein shake
9.00am: 2 pieces of whole wheat bread and 2 eggs + coffee
12.30pm: meat, vege and just 4-5 spoon scope of rice + fruit
6.30pm: protein shake (pre-work out)
9.30pm: protein shake (post-work out)
So how ar? do you guys think I should increase my carbo intake?
Is my meal schedule unhealthy?

I'm not an expert but it seems to me that you're not getting enough carbs, hence the shortage of energy.
If you're trying to lose weight, I'd recommend replacing the morning protein shake with a banana-apple-orange-and-yogurt-shake. That's 2 bananas, 2 apples, 2 oranges and 3 tablespoons of yogurt (your choice of flavour) in the blender. Yum! Keeps your tummy filled throughout the day and it adds to your daily servings of fruits. :)
I usually slice the bananas, cube the apples and freeze them so I get an fruit slushie, but it's entirely up to you.
Bananas are a good source of carbs, but don't let them over-ripen or they'll add up your sugar intake as well.
Evann....wahh...early morning so sugary high food meh??? first meal advisable high protein...more over....if i put those into food processer then blend it on 6.30am, my housemate will wake up and take the food processer and knock my head lor...but...perhaps i can take banana 30mins before my work out...
Breakfast eat like a king, lunch eat like a prince, dinner eat like a pauper.
its not about the food..its about how much calorie intake u do in every meal you have..

carbo gives energy, i think you need to have that for your workout.. you have a very strict diet, i think it's ok you can add that little bit lah..
