I'm thinking to slot in Yoga after Body Pump class on Sunday. What you guys think about it? But my friend said 1 hour per week not enough, but hor, I cannot find time slot on weekdays leh....so how?

OMG, so the rajin, but I've heard going to gym for 2-3 hours is less effective than 1 hour work out on particular body part wor..... Well, maybe your purpose is not to buff up? :P
hmm .. but actually i think u shld not go to gym everyday.. at least gv urself a day or two in a week to relax those muscle....:)
or maybe thats just my excuse not to go gym everyday la..;p

SK, sometime i also curi tulang 1, instead of 1 hour self weight training, i only go for 30 mins...hehhehee......

i think most of us who seldom go to the gym are addicted with it...
but for sure i am not crazy as u man..but its good...i just imagine if i am like you..sure i ve got the superb body maa..
