Work Hard for Money

Who doesn’t right? Recently the new gym going to open soon in Penang going to acquired Les Mills licence, the person in charge approach me and as me to do class; they give me 5 classes per week. On top of that, Fitness First Penang also sign me as their RPM instructor as well and give me 1 slot class during Saturday. Together with existing Celebrity Fitness, in total I’ll conduct RPM class in 3 gyms!

My class schedule as below

6.00 – 6.50,  7.30 – 8.20

7.30 – 8.20

Wed
6.00 – 6.50, 7.00 – 7.50

Thu
6.00 – 6.50 , 7.30 – 8.20

Fri
7.00 – 7.50

Sat
10.00 – 10.50, 1.00 – 1.50

Total 10 RPM classes per week!!!

On top of that, I plan to take up Body Step or Body Pump program, most probably Body Step as it has module training in September and is a program design for gays! hahaha… 

Mr. PAUL!!!!

Just now was He-Who-Must-Not-be-Named first combat class after his 1 week long vacation to Hong Kong. I have no idea what wrong with him, through out the whole class from T1 until T8, every single track he was shouting my name!!!

"Mr. Paul!! Instructor, no option!"

Ask for More!

Is not about Pepsi, is not about random guy I had sex with (sei hamsap lou ar!) is FF RPM instructor ask can have more more session in FF Penang!

Currently I have total 6 slots of team teach, with 5 slots in CF and 1 slot in FF. I had 2 slots in CF and 1 slot in FF with the same instructor, he asked can I have more slots in FF. I really really happy lorr…

Mon: CF – 8.00pm
Tue:
Wed: FF – 7.30pm (sacrifice combat class)
Thu: CF – 7.30pm
Fri: CF – 8.00pm
Sat: CF – 10.00am
Sun: CF – 4.00pm

I already sacrifice 1 combat class on Wed, I cannot afford to sacrifice more class, I have option on Tuesday but I have Body Pump class on Tuesday; thus Tuesday definitely out of consideration. The instructor teach in FF on Saturday 1.30pm, that would be my opportunity, thus on Saturday either I do double classes; one in morning in CF and afternoon in FF, or I just teach in 1 class in FF. I’m so excited now!!!

Some feedback from FF member about my teaching, they said my facial expression too fierce! hahaha… My mentor told is is good for T3, T5 and T7, but I got to give soft side of my expression in T4. And I do amid that I kinda have problem to give soft facial expression when I conduct class. Guess I need to give my member my 1 gillion volt of smile then! 

Oh… by the way.. something happen in FF locker room!! If I were not wrong, I just eye flirt with 1 of the member that join my RPM class just now!!! >.< he is quite cute gei…. too bad he hit steam room after I dress up and ready to go…. sigh… but the… I better don’t mess up in FF.  REMEMBER TO BEHAVE!!!

Amazing Weekend in KL

I had a blast full time in KL on last weekend. Had an amazing time in Sri Hartamas True Fitness for Les Mills Q4 launching and unforgetful and fabulous night in Market Place.

I join Body Combat, Body Pump and RPM launch in TF and this will be the first time my name being mention in the gym that I not usually go. Combat is the first class I join, just as the music start to play, I heard

“Hello everybody…. bla.. bla.. bla… Welcome Paul all the way from Penang!”

Then in Body Pump, track 2 the song was Telephone,

“Hey Paul, is your favourite song!”

Then again RPM class, I was introduce once more!

I really had an amazing time in TF launching!

If you ask how does it different from Penang CF? I’d say they are equally amazing! We all having 1 aim, is to fight obesity!!

Then night time, what else? Clubbing time! Went to Market Place with friends. And surprisingly I met up with few people that previous I just know them from Facebook, surprisingly they recognize me lor! aww… how sweet.. but I felt sorry coz I not recognize their face! >.<

And it also first time in my entire life, I was called up to go on stage to play game in a pub! The pub was having some small comedy performance by donno who. My friend was the first being call up then he told the host to call me up too! >.< ..

Total 8 guys was called up to stage and we were divided into 2 groups, the game was we need to come out 3 different 4some sex position!

haiyoh! I so damn paiseh lor… i’m suk lui lei ka…. >.<

the host, she called herself as Snow Fucking White.

My friend and I were called up on stage >.< but we were in different group

this angmoh same group with me, he said let’s do a position you stand on your hand and I fuck you

at the end, my friend’s group won… and I don’t think we can have sex in those position lorr…
