Revised Diet Plan

After my last post about my diet meal plan, I get lotsa feed back about it; and so I decided to change. Not much though

6.30am: protein shake
9.00am: beehon + 1 pieces of whole wheat bread and 2 eggs + coffee (increase carbo intake)
12.30pm: 2 portions of meat, vege and just 4-5 spoon scope of rice + fruit
4.45pm: 2 pieces of whole wheat bread (increase carbo intake)
6.30pm: protein shake (pre-work out)
9.30pm: protein shake (post-work out)

4.45pm carbo intake should be sufficient enough to supply energy for my cardio work out.
Result? Alas! I can fully perform my cardio work out, be it RPM follow by Body Step or Body Step follow by Body Pump.

I also decide cancel my Body Combat session on Wednesday as too many people in the studio and also cancel my RPM class on friday, as Saturday I'm going to have 3 hours gym class back to back.

p/s. usually have chocolate cake on saturday...hehehe....

Hey you just need to cross over by ferry to live in Butterworth and your weight will drop in 1 week. Did you know that there are lots more fatties on Penang Island than mainland? Well, the food is better mah.

i also feel its kinda pack sometime during the class, so i have already cancel all my class and put my focus on the cardio part...

choc cake on saturday? hehe... u really have to cut that out instead
