My Homework

Well, since I posted that I'm going to travel to US in early January; some of you guys gave me action item, which is took pictures of cute guy.

There is 1 cute guy in my work place that I not yet tell you guys....hehehe...see for yourself lah..cute or note..he is cute in my eyes

So what do I get for my homework? A+, A, A-, B? or fail?

Get Your Funky Boots On!

As I read blog list that I usually follow up, I came across a blogger address himself as Lucas and he post blog on his experience in joining Les Mills classes. He had a pretty bad experience in Body Step class, what a sad news to me.

Body Step is so much fun! Its energetic, and usually in class, I get high from track to track, sometime in my gym class, it’s like we are having a party or clubbing, as the music is so hot! So here is some information that I can share (source from Les Mill official website)
Movement in Body Step mainly can be classified into 7.

i. The basic step
ii. The alternating pattern
iii. The turn step (my favourite)
iv. The squat
v. Across the top
vi. The speed step
vii. The down tap

Same as others Les Mills’ class program, Body Step last for 55 mins with 12 tracks
1. Warm up
Warm up body with simple move

2. Step warm up
Here you’ll learn the basic movement

3. Step orientation
The intensity increase by around 60%, many fun movements are added, upper body, around the world (move around the step board, across the board, etc)

4. Step athletic
The first peak in this class where by your cardio vascular will reach up to 80%. Various type of movement will be in this track, repeating step, jump step, nutcracker, etc

5. Mixed strength
Cardiovascular activities will lower until around 50%, but the intensity will increase for legs and glutes for lower body strength and toning. In this track, you’ll have a bubble butt!

6. Power peak
After slow down a bit in track 5, this track will boost up your cardiovascular again, same as in track 4, with slightly higher intensity, probably reach until 90%

7. Step recovery
No need to further explain this track, as this track is for you to catch up your breath

8. Step party
This track usually play the funky, cheeky song! Like the track named, is party time! In this track, you can tell the instructor is gay or not. Hehehhee….

9. Speed step
Signature step for Les Mill Body Step, here the step movement is fast and furious. Speedy Gonzalez!

10. Peak
This is the third and final cardio peak where you have the option to really push it by raising the height of your step. This track is a physically challenging combination of dynamic propulsive exercises and strong lower moves. Give it all you’ve got and reap the rewards as you make it to the end.

11. Recovery/push up/ abdominals
Catch up your breath and upper body conditioning

12. Cool down/stretch
Stretching lah…what else?

I'm kinda looking forward for Body Step instructor trainning class, coz there are always news about Body Combat instructor trainning class, but hardly hear Body Step insturctor trainning class.

So TZ and Eric, time to upgrade from Basic Step to Les Mills Body Step!

Number Theory - Prime Number

Lately out of sudden I find myself fascinating about mathematic. Mathematic always been my favourite subject, to name a few number theory, mainly Prime number, calculus, trigonometry.

I guess everybody knows what is prime number, a number that has exactly two distinct natural number divisors: 1 and itself. 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17… you might wonder why 1 is not a prime number, coz the condition say TWO distinct natural number divisor. 1 only have 1 natural number divisor mah….so cannot lor, 4 also cannot, coz have more than two distinct natural number divisor, 1, 2 and 4…so cannot lor.. the rest of the number you all sendiri add in lah ar..

Many mathematician crazy about Prime Number, and trying to find a general formula in order to get Prime Number, but there is no formula for primes. Many theorem being develop, and those beyond my and perhaps your comprehension (except Suffian Steve, btw, he is master in prime number).

Now I’m trying to figure out what’s different between Prime and Chen Prime.

A prime number p is called a Chen prime if p + 2 is either a prime or a product of two primes. The even number 2p + 2 therefore satisfies Chen's theorem (quote from Wikipedia).
There are few branches of Prime number, Chen prime, Sexy prime (no this is not typo), twin primes, cousin prime, optimus prime; haha…no no, optimus prime got nothing to do with prime number. hhehehe….

So what the hell we got to do with prime number leh? Its widely use in public key cryptography, and what the hell is public key cryptography leh? It has got to do with internet security thingy….very chim 1….but we got 1 expert among us on this…he damn kao kao punya expert lor.

Ok lah…I’m going to crack my head on this… who wanna join me cracking head? come! come! come!

Keep Bleeding, Keep Bleeding in Shop

If only my wallet can sing, I'm sure he (yes, my wallet is male) will sing "I keep bleeding, keep bleeding in shop"

Place that I went to shop is Gilroy Premium Outlet, Some well known labels to mention a few, Ck, Hugo Boss, CK, Coach, Nike, Cole Haan, Timberland, Levi's, etc.....

Guess what I shop, 6 items from CK, 2 Coach bags, 1 Cole Haan trench coat, 2 Levi's jeans, 1 Sony Camera, 1 Nike shoes, AX shades.

Jogging in Cold Environment

It has been 5 days I not do exercise except simple push up and sit up in my room and I feel fat already (some more got people say me fat jor from my pic >.< , you know who you are!)

Today after wake, around 8am I go jogging and outside temperature is 7 degree Celcius! I found that jogging in cold environment will not get tired so fast and I manage to jog around 4km despite the cold weather. I was fully equip with my exercise gear except hand glove, whole body only my arm felt cold, almost numb!

Later will shop for hand glove then tomorrow can jog for longer distant!

Hello from California!

Haarrrlloooooooooooooo....you all got miss me mou?? hehee... miss you guys so much lorr....3 days not read you all de blog....jet lag...haihzz....

Fly from Penang to KL, KL to Hong Kong the from Hong Kong to San Francisco, then drive to Mointain View, California. Damn tired.

Flight from KL to Hong Kong quite nice, why? coz got cute steward!!...hehehe..and of couse I send a gazillion volt smile to him, plus; bonus voltage with raise 1 side of eye brow, hehehee...
But then again, flight Hong Kong to San Francisco, no cute steward lor....sien...

But then, there are damn lotsa cute, young, ripe airport officer in Hong Kong International Airport!!! Not like ours pun, all lau kok kok 1.....So, really an eye treat for me! Really, really hard to keep my eyes off them!....upon arrival at HK custom, I acted accidently brush 1 of the cute officer butt, firm, very very firm! Due to that, I kena balasan...haizz...before boarding to San Francisco, whole body check is compulsory. I kena raba habis-habisan!!, hand, arm, butt, chest, leg, tight...and when the officer hand run through my tight, slighly touch Paul Jr!!! .... I kena molest lor... >.<

Once reach SFO airport, well, not as troublesome as I imagine the procedure going to be. Just normal question asked. That's all. Then I took a rented car and drive to my hotel. I drive Nissan Altima Hybrid!...damn cool and quiet, can't hear the engine sound at all!! and driving at the other side of the road really exciting lor. and people here drive really polite, I made many turns that if it were in Malaysia, I already kena horn kau-kau!
Second day, went to office; customer site. Then later took photo. This time no sexy wear, no revealing clothes, no Tyra Bank's "smile with eyes" kinda pictures. Just normal "rakyat jelata" photo. hehee...temperature outside 12 degree C, if wear those "normal" shirt that I normally wear, I'll freeze to death!

Ok lah, that's all for now from me. Local time already 10.45pm, 14th Jan. Wish my luck in "hunting" lah arr....alone in my room, sienz...

Seducing Fellow Colleague

Have you guys even try to seduce your colleague?
Well, me as devil (or hamsap as always address by Simon), did it...hehhee...

I got a new colleague that I knew 2 months ago. He got damn nice skin complexion, when you see him; you'll hardly think that he is straight, and he got have nice lips and eyes. If we had lunch together and if he sit next to me, when he talks; he likes to touch me, my arm, shoulder. There was a time when I walk to canteen, he came from behind and put his arm around my neck, as if hug from behind...I was thinking "this guy has no idea that he is playing with fire!"

Last week, after lunch, we went to other colleague department and hang around. While talking, I give him a light massage on his neck. He liked it very much.

Today, I did again. Last time I massage his neck without directly contact his skin, i.e. covered with his clothes. Today, I massage his neck, shoulder with my hand directly contact his skin. Damn! he got smooth skin!..i wonder what doest it feel under my tongue...As I massage, he make soft morn.

Colleague A: Wei! you two arr...can behave or not...
Colleague B: yalor....both of you like gay couple!
Cute colleague: Cheh..I memang gay de mah....
Me: Harr....don't say like that...later my boyfriend found out..i'll die lor
Colleague A & B: O_O"
Me: But then...he donno de lah, he not in penang pun...
Cute colleague: Then you want me mou?
Me: emm...can also, since I am single in Penang.

Should I make further move?

On Applying US Visa

Yesterday I took flight to KL from Penang to attend US visa application interview. Once reach KLIA, I took KLIA Express to KL Sentral then to Tune Hotel. I rush to Mid Valley to meet up with my friend in MPH. While waiting for my friend to make payment for the book that he purchase, we saw, I think is gay couple; touching hand and rubbing each other shoulder while waiting in queue line. Coinciedently, Simon blog about Gay Couple Holding Hand in Public. After that we headed for movie, then I back to hotel (not able to get any guy to sleep with me....sien.... -_-")


Then the day arrive. The moment I wake up, before I put on my make up; I say a little prayer for myself. While combing my hair now, and put on my shirt; I say a little prayer for myself.
hehehe...sound familiar kan? hehe...have to be drama a bit lah....musical some more! I then took cab to US Embassy, cost me RM20!...no meter some more...what to do..begger must not be a choose.


Upon arrival, I saw 1 lady; I'm the 2nd person...phew...
After do the necessary registration and security checking..I wait in the waiting hall, the air-con damn cold; and I got many butterflies fly in my stomach.
After my number was called, hand in my passport, application form; then wait again to hand print biometric scanning. The interview moment finally came.


Interviewer: Which company you are working now?
Me: XXX Dance Club.
Interviewer: And what you doing there?
Me: Strip tease dancer and pole dancer




Interviewer: Ohh...ic..how long you been joining this company?
Me: August 2009.
Interviewer: Can I see your pay slip?
Me: Here you go. (hand him a copy of my pay slip)?
Interviewer: What's your previous company?
Me: YYY Dance club
Interviewer: Why you left last company and join this one?
Me: Coz I got better offer.
Interviewer: First time go US?
Me: Yes.
Interviewer: What you doing in US for this trip?
Me: for training.
Interviewer: What sort of training?
Me: Strip dance and pole training. There is new move, so my company send me there for training.
Interviewer: Alright, here you go, your passport collection slip. You can collect your passport tomorrow
Me: Do you need my company letter and US site invitation letter?
Interviewer: Nope.
Me: Ok thanks! (flash him a gazillion volt smile and wink at him)
Interviewer: You are welcome (wink back to me)

Hahahahaha...you guys really think that's the interview meh? siao!....I wonder what will be there interviewer reaction if I answer like that....... O_O

Above conversation, the questions asked by the interviewer is the actual question, but my answers are fictional.

Rainbow

Why does rainbow is often related to gay world? Since I get in touch in gay world, I knew it but somehow can’t figure it out. In entertainment industry, composer or lyricist often use rainbow as metaphor for gay relationship, they have by far have beautiful lyrics, even better than song that describe straight relationship.

Here is the meaning of each colour in Rainbow Flag

red: stands for courage;
orange: offers the vision of possibilities;
