My body drench in sweat from head to toe, I can feel my sweat flow down from my jersey to my pants to my leg to my socks! I'm wet all over! The challenge class having 2 hills climb, 2 interval training, 2 speed works, 1 mix terrain, 1 pace track and 1 mountain climb. Below is the track arrangement
1. - Warm up
2. - Pace
3. - Rolling hills
5 - Interval training
4 - Mix terrain
5. - Interval training
6. - Speed works
3. - Rolling hills
6. - Speed works
7. - Mountain Climb
8. - Ride back home
9. - Stretching
To make thing worse, this morning, I do RPM challenge again! >.< ; but just 1 extra track. And tomorrow I got 2 RPM classes to conduct... now I feel regret this morning do extra tracks... T.T
