2 weeks ago there was a RPM module training held in KL and there is 1 member from Penang CF take up the module training. This morning he join in my class and I call up on stage, he then request can he do 1 track, I then denied his request because I not experience enough to had a new instructor on board to team teach with me. Thus he just shadow.
After the class complete, he used the studio to practice; he then ask me to guide him, how can I say no right? Just after awhile, my GXM walk in and have a look.
new instructor: I use the studio to practice ar?
GXM: yeah… ok.. no problem of course.
He then observe, after he hear comment I gave to the new instructor,
GXM: Paul, from now onwards, you train him up ar…
I was like O_O. Me myself got lotsa thing to learn how to train him up???

its good.. cos sometimes we'll learn more thing ourselves when we teach others .. good job :)
Danny, yeah, you r absolutely right! when i coach and teach him... i do refresh back what i learn during my training and remind myself so to speak
