Body Combat 46, Track 6

This would be my very first blog post about body combat. Why? Because of its track 6, it deserve a special column in my blog post. The choreography of T6 of this release by far is the most difficult leg conditioning track.

It consist of 1 side kick, 3 jinga, 2 esquiva and follow by 2 jinga (capoeira style).
It really a butt work out exercise. After doing that track, really feel like wearing a butt push up!

So, what is esquiva?

Esquiva is part of defensive movement in capoeira, it has 3 type; esquiva de Baixa, esquiva lateral and esquiva diagonal. The 1 usually used in Body Combat is esquiva lateral.

"Side escape" or side dodge. It is executed while the feet are in a parallel position. The escape is simply bringing the torso down and to the left or right (depending on the direction of the other player's kick) and reaching the hand over the head The hand can also be placed in front of the face for protection. Some academies will place the hand that is not guarding onto the floor to get even lower. – source from Wikipedia

Below clip I manage to get for Body Combat 37, also T6.

Jinga & esquiva movement

The 1 you watch in the clip above is consider easy. BC46 T6 is hell level!!
