After I returning back from my RPM module training in Bali, I’d gone through 6 team teach session. I’d taught T3 from RPM48 and 49, T4 and T5 from RPM49.
1st session: RPM48 T3 (with Not-to-be-Named)– very nervous, need to control pace and voice, coaching a bit here and there, pace also out.
2nd session: RPM48 T3 (with Not-to-be-Named) – much better than the last session. my nervousness has reduced, improved in coaching but need to improve cue timing and voice control. My pitch too high, need to improve my pronunciations.
3rd session: RPM49 T3 (with Not-to-be-Named) – all expect are good except my voice, again my pitch too high, pronunciation and need much improvement
4th session: RPM 49 T4 & T5 (with Not-to-be-Named) – I was nervous all over again! >.< maybe coz T5, Interval Training, pretty tough track! To make thing worse, the mic run out of battery during half way.
5th session: RPM49 T3 – donno what happen to me, suddenly my mind went blank and I miss 1 cue and coach wrongly! T.T suppose to be standing climb but I say Power Climb…. so sad…. sob sob
6th session: RPM49 T3 – the instructor complement me!! I introduce the track, inform track profile; which according to him a lot of instructor tend not to do. My coaching is good, my cue is good, voice control good. 2 things I need to improve is my resistance management and pace (which is same comment I get from Dan). He event offer me to team teach with him on next Monday and doing 2 tracks, T3 and T4
I’m happy that I almost team teach with almost all RPM instructors in my gym, except the-Naughty-One, coz he is now on vacation to S’pore… have to wait until he is back. He just witness my 1st team teach session and gave me some feedback, Not-to-be-Named wants me to learn as much as possible with the-Naughty-One coz he is very good in pace control.
I still have a long long way to go, I’ve cover 2 medium intensity tracks so far, maybe on my 9th or 10th session, I’ll do T7; which the ultimate track, Mountain Climb which RPM48 and RPM49 very difficult!

Well, don't let the thinking sink in too much, just follow the music and the pace will come in naturally.
