Golden Opportunity!!

I just had my team teach RPM session, just like normal other team teach session; I was evaluated by the instructor. This time I got better feedback,

my choreography is perfect!!

yay!!

However…. well, there is always have however on every good news.

my cue to member is like last minute, and I too rigid on my choreography (that’s explain I got perfect complement for my choreography). I also need to add on some “spirit” to my explanations. No doubt my technique is good, but I need to coach and deliver those technique to my class member…

ok.. here comes the gist of this post, golden opportunity that really make me OH MY GOD!!!

After the class over, I went to shower; no! no! no! nothing hanky panky happen to me in the shower room!

Where was I again? ohh… shower.. after I had my shower, I walk to my locker; so happen this instructor I team teach with was next to mine, he then ask my phone number and offer to had teach teach session with him in other gym in Penang; and the best part is…… is in Fitness First~!!!

IS FITNESS FIRST BABY!!!

If I want to have a team teach with him in Fitness First, just message him and he’ll arrange it for me. This is like really really really OH MY GOD lorr… coz according to Takashi, it is very hard to get to team teach in Fitness First; and this also means I'll need to cut other gym class as well, most probably Body Combat depends on Fitness First RPM class schedule.

Think back again, my journey as RPM instructor I can say smooth sail. 1st I had my training by the famous master trainer himself, 2nd, I got support from many instructors! Thus I need to remind myself that I cannot take all these opportunity for granted!
