Les Mills 2010 Q2 Lauching

Just after gym class over, I had chit chat with two members and The-Naughty-One at the gym lounge bar area. We talk about the upcoming LM Q2 release and our class schedule, they are suprise to know that I had target 20 classes per week and officially label me being a hardcore gym member hahahaa...

I really anticipating the upcoming LM Q2 launch. In RPM class just now, The-One-Must-Not-be-Name gave us preview on the song for RPM, and Pump; the track is damn hot especially RPM; it's going to be the music take control our mucles to paddle more and more again. As for Pump, there will be no bottom half for squad track (T2), but there will be down and hold; it will be pretty tough, plus T7 - lunges, will be difficult, very difficult. For Combat, no need for me to elaborate more as we have got expert among us, just that T6 and T8 would be marvellous coz T6 will need lotsa balance and T8 will be and epic! Why? Coz it last for 8 minutes over!!! You gonna feel like never ending! As for Step, I don't have much information about it.

I ask He-Who-Must-Not-be-Name when will be LM Q2 launch in CF Penang, he still can't gave me the exact date yet, so I am thinking maybe wanna go launching event in TF KL, *hinting someone here to bring me... ahheemm... aaahheem* The-Naughty-One did told me the theme this time in Penang CF launch might be Super Hero, quite cool huh!

I still haven't see the LM Q2 poster yet, hope it will be cool!

So Body Pumpers, Body Combaters, Body Steppers and RPM folks! Gear up and get ready!
