Disciplined or Addicted

It has been well known among you guys, gym instructors and some of the gym member that I am a hardcore gym member. I attend almost all possible classes that I could. On the other day, I chatted with one of the member, she was shock that I attend up to 5 classes and amazed.

Wahhh…you really discipline huh?? or you addicted??

It really stuck my mind when I that question throw to me. Am I being discipline or addicted to gym class.

As I wrote in my previous post, I had gym class minimum 2 per day and can have up to 5 classes, total make up 20 classes per week! Sometime I wonder where I get those energy and stamina to do so. Well, stamina needs time to build up, perhaps it’s all about mind. Mind over the body so to speak. Although I tell myself 20 is the maximum, I’m trying to find by any chance I can get 21 or 22.

I feel agitated and guilty when I know that there is class and I not attend. I feel fat when knowing that there is class going on but I just lay on my bed, watching movie.

Am I sick?? Is there such illness? Like Bulimia is sickness that one don’t want to eat. How about addicted to gym? I seems can’t stop myself attending gym classes. And I keep on add up the difficulty. In RPM class, sometime I taunt the person next to me to increase the tension, there was a time I turn the bicycle knob until it cannot turn anymore.

Maybe I think too much.

i won;t say that u r addicted BUT, maybe u should try to cut down a bit on the classes that u attend..
ur muscle need some time to relax :)

No such thing as addicted to gym.. Just enjoy, no need to think so much.. I'd say it's dicipline over addicted..

Feel fat? Lol.. but you also eat a lot.................



When I was preparing for my training, I went for 9 combat classes a week.. people say I am crazy, but I can take it, and can do 10 if I want to..

like i said, watch out for the knee. you don't want to be 40 and having knee pain to the extent that you can't even stand straight. it's not impossible. met a guy who's 40 and underwent knee reconstruction surgery, and he was a bodysteps fan attending the class everyday. that alone was enough to give him the problem, so... better be careful. you can't depend too long on glucosamine.

Danny, I do want to cut down...but like i said...i feel agitated when not attending class lorr

Takashi, I where got eat a lot worr.. I eat multiple meal...and only take rice on saturday coz i got 5 classes on saturday.

Nazrul, yeah...very enjoying indeed!

Medie, don't scare me lah...i only take 3 step class per week mia..majority are RPM and combat

Leu, I just find a way to increase to 21 classes...hehe..
