It has been 5 days I not do exercise except simple push up and sit up in my room and I feel fat already (some more got people say me fat jor from my pic >.< , you know who you are!)
Today after wake, around 8am I go jogging and outside temperature is 7 degree Celcius! I found that jogging in cold environment will not get tired so fast and I manage to jog around 4km despite the cold weather. I was fully equip with my exercise gear except hand glove, whole body only my arm felt cold, almost numb!
Later will shop for hand glove then tomorrow can jog for longer distant!
