Body Shock

No no no….. this is not the new class by Les Mills. Is changes in my body. Remember my post about the supplement I took? Vitargo. I really make my body consume lotsa energy, means my metabolism is increase! Maybe because one of it function is to increase endurance and thus my when I attend class, I can push even more, push my limit.

This morning, for the first time, not really first time lah… but long time I not felt it already, I was actually wake up because I felt hungry! When reach office, I go have breakfast, what did I ate? I ate noodles, 1 egg, 1 fish cake, 1 yogurt; half an hour later, alas! I felt hungry! damn! my body consume energy more than what I input!!

Then lunch, I took extra portion, 5 scoop table spoon of rice (normally just 3 scoop), 3 pieces of normal cut chicken and some vegetables, you guys know what? 1 hour later, I felt hungry!!! >.< I was like WTF!!! I cannot continue to eat! I’m gonna fat!

And just now in gym class, I really push in RPM effortlessly, of course because I take the supplement, but then when it comes to Body Pump class, my heart rate and my stamina cannot catch up with my endurance!

And so after gym class over, I ask the-Naughty-One for his opinion. He said my body metabolism has changed because I had taken the supplement; he then ask what I had for my breakfast and lunch, and so I told him. Then he scold me! >.< I don’t take enough carb! >.<

Being advice to cut the noodles, change to take bananas instead, and I need to increase my rice intake. Then around 3-4pm eat some complex carbohydrate like sweet potato or bananas.

Tomorrow is my cardio day, Body Step follow by Free Style Cycling then Body Combat. Let’s see any changes, will my stamina and endurance comes together or not.

actually, i agreed with R... it's your damned diet that makes u remain what you are!!

YOU DONKEY EAT WRONGLY AND BELIEVING IN THOSE MYTHS lol..... eat rice, but eat smartly laahhh!! :P

Supplement means that it's additional thing to help. So i think you shouldn't have cut down you normal food intake... Anyway, not everyone can take all kind of supplement, Just be very careful eh~
