Pathology

I consider myself as young blogger, so being a young blogger; I read blog. Thus, I came across that there are quite a number of doctor to be in our circle, and so I read, read and read their blog; learn few medical term, then I came across the word Pathology, remind me there is a horror movie titled Pathology so I went to download and watch it.







One of the scene did interest me, in sort of lecture hall; allow me to quote
“As pathologist, we’ll learn the nature of disease and its causes, its processes, development, consequences. But far more than that, I’d like to think that the pathologist has offered a window to God if you will. Now it maybe said, the pathology is a study in all things human, save for the soul of course. But it is that particular branch of pathology known as forensic that we will delve into what it means to be inhuman. You will se a perversion and the corruption of the flesh by all means unnatural. By violence, by toxins, by madness, and then we will work backwards, always back to that original pristine design to determine the offending cause of death.”

Phrase that interest me the most is “….the pathologist has offered a window to god if you will”. Now fellow doctors, can you further elaborate on this matter? Enlighten me if you will.

I wonder is there among you guys keen on the subject forensic?

By the way, I couldn’t finish this movie as it is so gross, although being tempted by Milo Ventimiglia.
