Work Out Plan

I believe some time ago I wrote a blog about skin care, now I want to blog about my excercise schedule. If you find it suitable for you, I'm happy if you want to follow it; if you find I need to change my schedule, i'm happy if you can correct me......still in process of learing.

Monday - Pilates
Tuesday - Body Combat, chest and back work out
Wednesday - Fun-robics, Arm and shoulder work out
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Push up, sit up, reverse sit up, full squat, half squat; each 1 50 times
Saturday - Body Combat, chest and back work out and abs
Sunday - Arm, shoulder and leg work out.
