Guilty

Had operation meeting on last week, again need to cut direct labour headcount. Business sucks lately (normal nowadays). Thus I've become bad guy that have to propose how many direct labour that need to cut, and also working day in order to reduce company operation cost. What do I get at the end? My annual leave also reduce and contribute to M'sia unployment rate........sigh....
