I was chatting with my friend just now, a moment ago

Him: where u staying when u come to KL wor?
Me: friend's house lor..want me to stay with u ar? hehehe..
Him: with my mum and sis around....
Me:hahaha...kidding lah...I know em fong bin
Him: wait...you saying it in chinese or your friend is called em fong bin?
Me: -.-" stay with u em fong bin lahh!!
Him: how i know worrr? at first i thought is a person, coz u said "I know em fong bin"
Me: I go to tell u i know em fong bin for what jiek?
Him: I was like wow...there is a person surname is "em"
Me: hhahaahhaha
Him: how i know worr?? we were talking about a place to stay and i thought u knew some guy named em fong bin and you going to stay with him... -.-"
Me: muhahahahhaa...

Putrajaya Shape Run

This will be my first running event. It will be on 31st Jul, in Putrajaya. Actually is my friend who encourage me to take part this event, we are crazy in RPM, he used to attend 12 RPM classes per week!

I’m not compiling my song track for this event coz I rely heavily on music when I do cardio work out.

Track 1 – Like A Virgin (3:48 min. coz this is my first event mahhh), warm up

 

Track 2 – Sober (RPM44, T2, 4:56min. I choose RPM version instead of Body Pump, coz it appear to be hotter for RPM version!)

 

Track 3 – Show Me Heaven (RPM44, T3; 6:10 min)

Track 4 – Reel Around the Sun (RPM 1 T4, 8:41 min.  First 3 minutes is for me to recovery)

 

Still continue to compile music track. Anybody interested to have my compilation?? Bong or Clayden?

Naughty-One: how come there is no song If I Were a Girl ar?

Me do the innocent act, and shake my head

Naughty-One: Liar! i know what you want!!

Member that know what he meant burst into laughter and look at me.
