On the Stage

“Paul, come up here”

That’s what I heard when I walk into RPM studio and want to set up my bike. He-Who-Must-Not-be-Named ask me go up to stage to shadow with him in just now RPM class.

I was taken aback coz I never prepare for this. Everybody eyes was on me, I felt nervous. Since I do RPM class 6 days a week, thus basically I know all the choreography each track from various release; I know when to increase the tension and when to reduce it.  Race pace, hill climb, power climb, mountain climb, interval training, I know it all.

The feeling on stage is totally different, now I know what Eric felt. I really gave my all, usually during T4 and T6 I’ll relax a bit, but today; I really push everything!

After the class, my leg really shake; hardly can walk. However, I rest awhile and continue with my Pump class….hehhee…. I’m looking forward the next session. And perhaps, attend the RPM workshop.
