Those are the shout out made by my Body Pump and Spinning class instructor. With a angelic face, devil body shape, and that shout out; now that's what I call a very motivating class! and of course not to mention very temting!

Sound effect can be improved in certain areas... For example, the repetition of "oh my god" "oh my god" can be replaced with, uh papi kuat sikit, uh sakit, uh laju lagi...
