Ask for More!

Is not about Pepsi, is not about random guy I had sex with (sei hamsap lou ar!) is FF RPM instructor ask can have more more session in FF Penang!

Currently I have total 6 slots of team teach, with 5 slots in CF and 1 slot in FF. I had 2 slots in CF and 1 slot in FF with the same instructor, he asked can I have more slots in FF. I really really happy lorr…

Mon: CF – 8.00pm
Tue:
Wed: FF – 7.30pm (sacrifice combat class)
Thu: CF – 7.30pm
Fri: CF – 8.00pm
Sat: CF – 10.00am
Sun: CF – 4.00pm

I already sacrifice 1 combat class on Wed, I cannot afford to sacrifice more class, I have option on Tuesday but I have Body Pump class on Tuesday; thus Tuesday definitely out of consideration. The instructor teach in FF on Saturday 1.30pm, that would be my opportunity, thus on Saturday either I do double classes; one in morning in CF and afternoon in FF, or I just teach in 1 class in FF. I’m so excited now!!!

Some feedback from FF member about my teaching, they said my facial expression too fierce! hahaha… My mentor told is is good for T3, T5 and T7, but I got to give soft side of my expression in T4. And I do amid that I kinda have problem to give soft facial expression when I conduct class. Guess I need to give my member my 1 gillion volt of smile then! 

Oh… by the way.. something happen in FF locker room!! If I were not wrong, I just eye flirt with 1 of the member that join my RPM class just now!!! >.< he is quite cute gei…. too bad he hit steam room after I dress up and ready to go…. sigh… but the… I better don’t mess up in FF.  REMEMBER TO BEHAVE!!!

That’s the opening lyric of the song “Happy Christmas (War is Over), originally by John Lennon, but I like Celine Dion version more. Just like the 2nd part of 1st verse, “what have you done?” Did you accomplish your 2010 resolution?

As of me, the biggest accomplishment for me in year 2010 was had myself took Les Mills RPM module training.  The rest I’d say not in my target plan initially like travelling to San Francisco, of course I felt grateful for having the opportunity.

I would say the biggest people who encourage me to take up this module training are my friends, especially Eric (a.k.a Takashi). Although he are not with me in gym classes all the time, his encouragement I certainly felt all the time. He been pestering me to take RPM module training after he had his Body Combat and knowing that I like RPM so much. Not just him, I also had lots of encouragement from Jason, Calvin and Elvin, they are all Body Combat fans, hardly join RPM; except Elvin join once or twice.

So what’s next in 2011? Well non the less fully certified as RPM instructor! I target to do my video submission by April 2011, even though my trainer during my module training say I must submit my video by 14th Feb, but then again ; I feel it’s too early. There is so much for me to learn.

Lastly, stay and maintain healthy life style; for those of you that always say no time for exercise, you know my answer, everybody has 24 hours a day, if I can make it, so do you!

Lost My Virginity - Again

hahahaha…. tonight I lost my virginity again, in Fitness First Penang. I was a bit nervous coz I not get use to their bike and they don’t have paddle for my SPD shoes, I just use normal sport shoes mia.

The instructor told me I was lucky coz tonight session, members are regular and they are good; thus I ask him to tell me what’s the member’s feedback if so happen member feedback to him about me… He ask me to come back to teach again tomorrow but too bad I return back to my hometown. I ask I have a fix day which is every Wednesday, and he agreed!

I’m also looking forward to team teach in another gym in Penang, errr…. am I asking too much?
