I’ve been RPM fans for quite a long time, I increase my RPM class from 4 classes per week up until 11 classes per week. Whenever I ask any of my friends who join other LM class to join RPM, they all freak out; reason, RPM is too tiring. But I find it rather enjoy! Orgasmic!
Those who join Body Combat, will know the movement, jab, cross jab, upper cut, hook, side kick, run house kick, etc. Body Pump will be the usual weight training thingy, so what is all about RPM, ain’t just cycling? Here is the brief information about RPM
Track 1 – Pack Ride. Get a feel for the class, or so call warm up
Track 2 - Pace. Establish your own pace and allow you to come to the ride. The music track can be fun and enjoyable. usually 3 race pace plus 1 hill climb, to get ready for track 3, rolling hills
Track 3 – Rolling Hills. Rolling Hills is that bringing up the pace and moving from the plat section to the small hills in the terrain of the course.
Track 4 – Mixed Terrain. Where by you increase your resistance’s and then start the climb of your life up and down the hills.
Track 5 – Interval Training. The challenge is to win that yellow or green jersey and win the race of your life.
Track 6 – Free Spin. It is your own personal race set your own objectives increase the resistances and then challenge yourself to go where you want to go.
Track 7 – Mountain Climb. You now have to climb the mountains pick up the pace, ride the waves and sit high of the saddle and move your remittances and climb each hill. This is the ultimate power position in RPM.
Track 8 – Ride to home. After you have climbed the hills and challenged yourself to the ride of a life now it is the journey home.
Track 9 – Cool down. Stretch the muscles and come back to the class. Recover from the ride and have a sweet trip home.
